We want you to love your Naot shoes! Please read our returns policy carefully before making a return.

Final Sale Items: Items marked down to clear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please choose carefully to avoid disappointment.

Try Before You Wear: We recommend testing your Naot shoes indoors on a clean surface to ensure they’re the perfect fit before wearing them outside.

Returns Eligibility: Items purchased from www.naot.com.au can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided they are unworn, with tags attached, and in original, unmarked packaging.

Return Process: Before sending any shoes back, please contact us on 03 9551 8002 or at info@naot.com.au to obtain a return authrorisation number.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error with your order. Unfortunately, original and express shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order at www.naot.com.au.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing times.
