  • Items marked final sale are discontinued and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please test-drive your shoes indoors on a clean surface to make sure you love them before wearing outdoors.
  • Footwear purchased at NAOT.com.au may be returned for up to 60 days after the original purchase date.
  • Footwear must be unworn and returned in their original unmarked packaging with tags attached.
  • Before sending any shoes back for a return or exchange, please contact the retail store you purchased the shoes from, using the contact information on the bottom of the card included in your shipment.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there has been a mistake with your order, and original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
  • We don’t offer exchanges on online orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
  • If you think your shoes are faulty, please call the retail store you purchased your shoes from for instructions.
  • We cannot reimburse any express shipping fees added to your original order.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment.
  • Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. this can vary between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
