The Naot Leader is the perfect lace up dress shoe. The Leader has Naot's removable, anatomic cork & latex innersole for extra comfort. The Executive Collection features a 4.44 cm TPR sole. This collection uses a hand-sewn Strobel construction making it strong and extremely flexible.

Our patented Naot Replacement Innersoles are available for Leader.
